With the continued prevalence of LED lighting, the use of LED lighting in thermal power station lighting is becoming more and more common.

Many applications of LED lighting fixtures in thermal power stations are of great practical significance for improving the work efficiency of production and manufacturing staff, improving the office environment, and at the same time, reducing the power consumption rate of power stations, reducing the amount of maintenance labor and maintenance costs, and improving economic benefits.

1, the selection of highly efficient industrial production lighting equipment is the key environmental protection and energy saving countermeasures in the lighting design of power plants

Energy-saving lamps with high efficiency and long life have been gradually selected in the past power plant design schemes, such as metal halide lamps, metal halide lamps, fluorescent tubes and so on. The electrical accessories selected by the energy-saving lamps, such as the current distributor, the spark starter, the trigger principle and the power capacitor, have great functional loss.

General electronic ballasts generally account for 20% to 30% of the energy consumption of all lighting fixtures, common electronic ballasts are generally divided into inductive sensor electronic ballasts and electronic ballasts two categories, inductive sensor electronic ballasts are divided into traditional and environmental protection two categories. The advantages of traditional electronic ballasts are: high stability, high quality and low price, long life (more than 5 years); Its defects are: large volume, heavy net, large loss of its own function, noise, light flash frequency and so on. The key of LED lighting is composed of LED lamp beads, led driver, housing, simple structure, functional loss reduction, and complete maintenance-free maintenance.

2. The application of LED lighting fixtures can improve the quality of lighting fixtures in power plants

The key of light intensity level includes light intensity standard, light intensity symmetry and light intensity of indoor space. Visual efficacy, comfortable visual effects, natural environment, safety engineering and environmental protection and energy saving should be comprehensively considered when clarifying the light intensity specification for power plants. Limiting glare and improving the comfort of lighting fixtures are also key elements that must be taken into account in power plant lighting fixtures.

The light intensity of LED lighting lamps is significantly higher than that of metal halide lamps, metal halide lamps, fluorescent lamps and other industrial production lighting equipment, the general special effect of metal halide lamps is only 85Im/w, and the special effect of LED lighting lamps can do 120LMW. Therefore, LED lighting can significantly give power plant lighting quality. LED lighting also has a significant role in limiting glare.

3, in the long run, LED lighting fixtures and traditional lighting fixtures have stronger economic benefits

In the renovation of power plant lighting fixtures, we must comprehensively consider its economic benefits in the whole process of updating metal halide lamps into LED lighting. In the long run, the economic benefits of LED lighting are far better than that of metal halide lamps and traditional lamp sources.

If we use 125W LED lighting to replace 250W metal halide lamps, the actual effect of lighting lamps is better than 250W metal halide lamps, then in 5 and a half years, can save a large amount of utility costs. The service life of 125WLED light source is more than 250W metal halide lamp, of which the maintenance cost is very low in the later period, and there is no need to replace the lamp source and inspection and maintenance (outside the external elements) within 5 years. 250W metal halide lamp must be about 90,000 maintenance fees, but LED lighting can be completed maintenance free, basically no maintenance fees in the late period.
